By submitting any text, design, logo, image, or other content (“User Content”) for custom engraving, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the legal right to use all elements of the submitted content.
Your User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity.
Your User Content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any custom order that violates these terms or includes content we deem inappropriate.

By submitting User Content, you grant Show Out Engraving a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the content solely to fulfill your order.

Unless you request otherwise, we may photograph and share images of custom-engraved products (excluding any sensitive or identifying personal information) on our website, social media, or promotional materials. If you prefer that your custom piece not be shared publicly, you can notify us at the time of order.
