Thank you for shopping with Show Out Engraving. We take pride in creating unique, handcrafted products, and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Golf Clubs

Golf clubs may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in brand new, unused condition — meaning they have never been hit or altered in any way. Clubs must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Flat rate return shipping fee paid by the customer.

Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

Custom Orders (Golf Clubs & Ball Markers)

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes:

  • Custom golf clubs with engraved or personalized designs

  • Custom ball markers featuring engraved text, graphics, logos, or any personalization

Please carefully review your order details and customizations before placing your purchase.

Non-Custom Ball Markers

Non-customized ball markers may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in unused and original condition.

  • Flat rate return shipping fee paid by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
